Documentary

Petro (2023)

Honourable Mention for Best Documentary at Slamdance (Utah, USA 2023)

Documentary that records the rise to the presidency of Gustavo Petro, Colombia’s first leftist leader and former guerrilla fighter. The film is a portrait of a country with a prolonged armed conflict embodied in the figure of Petro.

Psychic Influence (2025)

Influjo psíquico is a feature-length documentary about the phenomenon of lawfare in Ecuador exemplified by the figure of Rafael Correa who was president of Ecuador between 2007 and 2017.

Fiction

Ignacio (in pre-production)

In inter-war Spain, to be a bullfighter was synonymous with status; to be a writer, with intellectual prestige. Ignacio seeks to embody both worlds. When the death of his mentor in the bullring shakes his foundations, he decides to retire and find a new identity in the world of literature, outside the bullfighting world. His struggle for literary recognition reveals that Ignacio’s real battle is with himself and with the addiction to risk that gives meaning to his life.
